The entire Window Authority Team is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. From Tony Gilbert (who didn't use any sales gimmicks or pressure tactics like some other companies), to Gene's communication about installation, to the installation team themselves - everyone was easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable.
