Overall excellent experience! Tony was very professional and knowlegable throughout in presenting the options available and answering our questions. Stayed in close touch and quickly responded to texts and emails. Never any pressure or tricky sales tactics. The installation process also went very smoothly. The crew was polite, skilled, and efficient, obviously experienced at their jobs. They treated our house with respect, not just as a work site. Of course there is some mess involved but they cleaned as they went and kept it to a minimum. Highly recommended, glad we chose The Window Authority!
